New Customer On-Boarding

 Below, you'll find a detailed guide in regards to our on-boarding process. Once your account is created you are able to download the app “Petexec” and login using your new credentials. After you have signed all documents and uploaded your pup’s most recent vaccines, a Barklyn Heights Team Member will reach out within 24hours to set up an Evaluation Day.

Welcome to the Pack!

STEP 1 : CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Creating an account is easy, and takes about 5 minutes! When you click the Create an Account button below, you'll be taken to a separate tab where you'll be asked for some information about yourself—your name, email, phone number, address, emergency contact, and so on.

STEPS: CREATE AN ACCOUNT -> ENTER INFORMATION -> SUBMIT

STEP 2 : DIGITALLY SIGN AGREEMENTS

Once you complete the Account creation process, you’ll be asked to sign our Owner Agreement and Waiver, which you can sign directly from your phone, tablet or Computer.

The video below shows how quick and easy it is to sign both agreements.

STEPS: VIEW/SIGN -> DIGITAL SIGNATURE -> SUBMIT

STEP 3 : ADD YOUR PET

At this point you may upload your pet’s information, including name, age, breed, and feeding/medication information. If you have multiple Pets, you can add them all at this time.

STEPS: PET INFO -> ADD A PET -> ENTER INFORMATION -> SUBMIT

STEP 4 : DOWNLOAD THE PETEXEC APP

By downloading the petexec app to your smart device you may upload vaccines, view our cameras, schedule daycare, schedule boarding, and more! Use the username and password you created during account setup.

STEPS: APP STORE -> DOWNLOAD THE PETEXEC APP -> ENTER USERNAME AND PASSWORD -> LOGIN

STEP 5 : UPLOAD VACCINES

You can upload your Pup’s most recent vaccines via the app by clicking the “File Uploads” button.
Vaccines Required: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto (may be in combination with DHPP), Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and a Fecal Test.
Your pup must have all required vaccines before they can visit our facility.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO OUR VACCINES REQUIRED; THERE ARE ADDITIONAL VACCINES REQUIRED BEYOND THE “STANDARD” GIVEN AT ROUTINE VET APPOINTMENTS. YOU MAY NEED TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL VACCINES.

STEPS: PETEXEC APP -> UPLOAD FILES -> SELECT FILE IMAGE -> SUBMIT

STEP 6 : OUR TEAM WILL REACH OUT!

You’re all set! after our team receives and checks over your uploaded vaccines, one of our Team members will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your pup’s first day.

The first day your pup must be dropped off before 7am and stay until at least 3pm. This makes it easier on you pup during the introduction process and allows them time to adjust. After the first day, you can drop off and pickup without any time restrictions.

STEPS: WAIT FOR OUR TEAM TO CONTACT YOU.
